    I'm sorry but this time I have to disagree with Sir Winston. "Continuous effort AND intelligence - is the key to unlocking our potential" .

    One may be a hard worker but working without intelligence then he is doing nothing.

    I would like your feed back on this please.

    You can have strength and intelligence, but without effort you will not unlock your potential. You have to try in order to succeed.
